Help for level down and launch!

I need help for 2 things

1- my players complains to lower level when they die, I want to know as not to lose level when to die.

2- mine launch makes downloads, later enters in the game, when I open it, it makes same downloads but I already having the archives.

1.) the players exp has to be enough to make them that level. if it is not then they will level down to the apropriate level.

2.) dont really understand, are you useing a custom launcher or the actual gunz launcher.

Yeah, you must change the procedure to the exp that is the same as the level your server starts. And change the exp on Characters too. And you fuckin' can't use the same Launcher as the original games, are you dumb or so?
