Open Your Wamp,appserv Folder in your C: drive And navigate to the www folder, Find a good reg page php or html, and rename it index but keep the html or php put that in the www folder Then start the appache or wamp service and in your browser Type in your wan ip address an it should Show that register page

Now to not show your ip When you give people the links , You make a no ip and you put in the address of the no ip you made and tada
