I think the problem begin from Firewall . Why you try turn off Window Firewall Security ? ( Run -> type Services.msc -> find Window Firewall -> Disable ) try game Again .
If still not run , don't use LG Client , Install International GunZ , download GunZ Debug Mode ( can find in some last topic on GunZ Release ) , Install Database , etc ... , after run GunZ.exe for play .
Edit your Debug Server to 127.0.0.1 port 6000
@If you want use Locator , you must Extract system.mrs , edit locator.xml .
