that checksum is not crc32.....its a type of checksum with numbers only.....how can i generate that kind of checksum

I guess if that page "http://www.gunz.co.kr/update" still exits. You can emulate that page form your local computer. And generate patch files.
too bad. the page doesn't exits anymore. so wait for some one who know how to do it.
