and my friend can't play because they don't see : Quest server 0/500

They can't log.

i precise : me i can play., I have open all ports

it seems that they are connecting to shinracorps.no-ip.biz but "shinracorps.no-ip.biz" doesn't work so you should put your regular ip. if you didn't already port forward port 80 do so

If you wanna use hamachi you must download it, installed it.
When you start hamachi you will get an message about join an existing server or create your own. Create your own server. Put your Hamachi ip [the one that starts with 5.] in the server.ini and locator.ini and in the matchagent config file.
Now let your friends also download hamachi and install it. Let them join your server. Give them the new system.mrs and it should work.
