Help, how to edit .php pages from FRA2009ByX-Weaver and b-2-o-web

I know how to set
$_MYSQL[Host] = "host";
$_MYSQL[User] = "User";
$_MYSQL[Pass] = "password";
$_MYSQL[DBNa] = "DB";


but my problem is on how to edit the .PHP file format...

I will show you the pictures, my problem (at the lower side)....

From Index to another page,
when I go or click to another page, like Register page, it will just like reload the Index Page...
