what client are you using? and did you edit your Interace mrs files?
june client..and yes i edited some files, but background. idk.
download another june client and replace your current interface folder with the new client's one. if its fixed then edit the new interface
yeah lol make sure you always have a backup of what you edit.
that is because you coloured in the backgruond and removed transparency

Well, i'm the one who fixed it... They forgot the same thing.
BTW Corel PHOTO PAINT is A LOT easier in working with tranparencies in PNG format. You just need to make a mask where it should be transparent. Then saving the mask and painting it if you wish to be transparent, but not invisible, and re-applying it to the file.
I did my Invisibility Cloak in RVGunZ this way.

Invisibility Cloak as in full set? I can't find a suitable hat, or maybe hats weren't suppose to be able to be transparent 100%? (Leave the face alone)
also if he used lets say paint.net (not paint) there are a quite a few diff formats to save it in but sill being jpg, png and so on that remove the transparency all together
