i already login as admin UGradeID 255 it is admin right?
but i cant access on this link http://myhost.com/authadmin.php

i got messge error it is "You do not have permission to execute this action"

i dont know how to fix this please help me everyone...

phoenix doesn't know everything.
he is just a good known moderator with skills with making a server.
as far as i know he doesn't know much php.

and what fred said its a validation.
try looking in the db if the query has been run properly.
if not, then it is a issue.

Yeah, don't try accessing authadmin.php you are not supposed to.

The admin panel is built into the website, just like the MPOG Website one. Just log in with a account with an Administrator UGradeID and it will be on the left titled "Admin Panel"
