I need tut vidieo how to add items for shop and weapons ...

ill write you a tut right now. Cant do video but ill make it as easy as possible

First off im Katani anywhere other than here. Ppl know me for Epic GunZ.


Anyways,

1)You need all your items, go to the search button and look for "Ijji Items", "KGunZ Items", "New Items", or just plain "Items", and i promise youll get 100 threads.

2)When you get there, some will be archived(.rar), and some will be just shown as:

CODING in the message

If its just coding in the message, i suggest making 3 notepad documents on your desktop(i hope to all hell you know what notepad is o.o). Name one "Shop", one "Strings", and finally name the last one "ZItem".

If its a .rar file it should have Shop.xml, Strings.xml, and ZItem.xml already(XML is like the games basic coding language) If this is so, you can right click, open them with notepad, and just add onto them by copy/pasting other codes from different spots(MAKE SURE the code your copy/pasting is the right one, like ZItem to ZItem, Strings to Strings, etc.)

3)After thats done, if you have the XML's already from the .rar file, just skip to step 4. If you have the notepad files sitting on the desktop, just open them, go to "Save as..", make the category "All Files", and make the extension .xml (like zitem.xml, strings.xml, etc).

4)Now comes the fun/hard part ;D. you need to decompile the system.mrs of your gunz client(ill put some sort of download at the bottom if you need it). when you do this a folder will appear labeled "system". Open that and youll notice theres a -shocker- Shop, Strings, and Zitem.xml already in there! just delete them and then copy/paste the ones you were working on previously into the folder. Now you also need to replace the Shop, Strings, and Zitem.xml in your matchserver folder as well.


5)Once thats finished, just compile your system folder to system.mrs, then put the system folder in a safe spot for later. Run matchserver, then your game, if you can login then try to view your shop to see if it worked, if you cant chances are itll say "invalid" Zitem and you did something wrong.

for added security, you dont need shop and strings.xml to be in the system.mrs that goes into your client. Only the Zitem.xml, this way you have some added security because ppl now have to decrypt the ZItem for all the strings and shop codes. (NOTE: You can only do this in the system.mrs file, you CAN NOT do this in your matchserver folder, if you do the game will crash cuz theres no shop items to be seen, soonly do it for your system.mrs file, nothing else)
