you're right the http://launcher isnt there......forget it because it has changed..............this below is what you are looking for:

search for it and edit as you need.

ur ZPatcher probably failed cos u don't ave a file called Gunz (.exe) which it needs.

if you are in doubt if you need to make all these launcher changes to get your server working, the answer is no. you just need to edit these launcher stuff if you want to customize it, but you dont need to change it to load the game.

and no, rename a picture to html wont work.
you can change the picture, but have to preserve the start.html to work.

to edit quest xp and bounty u need to edit the scenario.xml i know its a old thread but just help for anyone that needs it.
