[HELP]July Server + Client error

I use server and client july, it has many error:

1. tdm and assasination.. do not work.. ends after first round. tdmx crashes after map loads. duel just acts as deathmatch.

2. Agent not avalable.

3. MMOGuides.org - GunZ Online Port Check PHP
I check and it error, how to fix this problem: No response from GunZ Server Port 2 (8900 TCP) 203.171.31.117!
