[Help] Jur13n source

Hey everyone,
well I downloaded Jur13n editted client,serverfiles and source. I setup my server and it works good. But I was wondering, do I need to somehow 'connect' the source to my server? Because I tried adding one thing I found on ragezone (/time command), I editted what needed editting but its still not there.. so either I didn't do it right or I need to connect the source lol. I hope you understand me...
And 1 more thing, how to add maps? I added it in the Maps folder, editted map.xml and channelrule.xml but its still not there, or I'm doing this wrong too xD...

If you edit any files in the CSCommon directory then you will need to build the MatchServer for it to take effect.
