[HELP] Loaders Dont Work URGENT [HELP]

Hi! I have a problem whenever I download a habbo retro server e.g debbo I cant get it to open! Every server I try to open it says:-

Run-time error '-2147024770 (8007007e)':

Automation error
The specified module could not be found

And when I open Hablog V9 an extra one comes up saying

Bot cant walk on the first of your 'walkspace' coordinates. Bot from publicroom 0 not loaded from Hablog Project.

ARGH SO ANNOYING! :@:@The worst thing is it was working fine a couple of weeks ago! I had to revise so I never openedit for a while now this!

And ive tried googling the problem!
