Help login "game" not there :S

i used matrix his tut and used all his files.
when i run the game with rontana's his fixed .exe it loads perfect but i cant login so i looked @ rontana's his release tread (its stickey in releases section) and it said the login is disabled and that you need to enable it.. so i tryd to do that but it doesnt have the "Game" in the list under
security -> logins

when i excute i got this errors:

i get that error as well when i execute the db so you don't have to worry about the DB cuz it isn't causing it. (only if you get that error it doen't cause that issue) so your problem lays with your locale and your setting in server.ini
the Country and Language Must be the same as in your locale.xml and server.ini

i set both of them to INTERNATIONAL in the Country and the LAnguage in both server.ini and locale.xml but youcan use other languages/Countrys as well

the server.ini in matchserver says BRZ and the local.xml in my system.mrs says BRZ to.
if i use a other database and the br / jan files from matrix his tread i can login but when i try to make a charecter i get a pop up with "Nomsg (E-1)"

how to fix the pop up or the "game is not a valid login" error :(

Your all wrong it is BRAZIL any other variation will not work in the locale XD this is the 2007 server not 05 or 06
