please help me i install appserv but no apear no reaction

The site you are trying to view does not currently have a default page.
There, that should tell you how to fix. Make sure you have a file called index.html/.htm/.php or something with the name index

Do you have a index.html in the folder? Apache may need some editing in the configs to include index.php, and to make index.php the default index.
