Help Me Code This Project. I'll Pay

A quick list of what I need:
commands:
/help displays information about the commands and room tags
/help "command" or /help "room tag" displays information about the command / room tag
/hpap displays your current HP / AP
/time displays how long you are playing and current time
/roomtags displays what room tags are active (when you're in a room)
/info "character name" displays information such as lvl, exp, kills, deaths, rank
/exit closes your gunz

room tags:
[BH] = Permanent bullet holes
[B] = Reload bullet infinity, You can reload as much as you want
[G"number"] eg. [G50] = the Gravity changes to the percentage of the number, [G50] would be half gravity
[S"number"] eg. [S200] = the Walking Speed changes to the percentage of the number, [S200] would be double as fast as the normal walking speed
[NJ] = Jump anytime, as much as you want
[J] = Jump power 200%, you jump double as high
[NM] = No massives
[N] = See Names through walls (NAME ESP)
[RL] = Rocket launcher from any melee weapon with the damage of it
[IB] = infinite block
[C] = Your crosshair is always visable (never disappears)

more stuff:
-unmasked admin names (and admin levels)
-unmasked duel chat
(-protection so it only works with our client, such as custom checks, to make sure it really is using the Freestyle GunZ Client)

I have most of the important source-codes / tutorials of those things, you just gotta fix them up and put them all into 1 working dll.

more custom stuff I'm sure don't have the source-codes of:
-ingame mp3 player which gets the song of the /music folder in your gunz client folder and plays them ingame, a few commands for the mp3 player like /nsong (next song) and /psong (previous song)
-a command "/irc" opens a chat (a chatbox (window like the console) you can open/close and chat anytime) helps you stay connected with other people across different servers

Protecting / Packing / Crypting the .dll with something so others don't get the source of it would be great. But I don't want it to appear as a 'False-Positive' Virus.
This is not an open-source project and you're not allowed to give / sell the source or unprotected / unpacked / unencrypted dll to anyone (but me).
I don't want it to have backdoors.

Just do as many room mods / commands as you can. The more you do, the more I pay. I'll Pay through Paypal.

You don't know to make simple database edits. How would anyone believe that you could code all this? No offense but I don't want to see others getting scammed.

no i debug my own work, and what i mean is if there is already a source code for something im not going to take time out of my life to remake a code that has already been made
