Help Me I Got FuxNoob Problem

Well i installed db all are ok jsut one problem i can log in in the server and see the server but no one other see mine server and after soem secs if i have the matchserver open its comes a popup

"error by conection SQLstate ´S1T00

SQLServer Error :0

[MICROSOFT][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Timeout

Then it ask me to login on sql O.o can anyone help me
