Theres no elu import and there wont be.
As for a male biped, just create it yourself <_<.
Adjust the height,nubs,ribs etc. and then adjust the pose, done.

I know what you need/want.
But i tell you that you can just create it yourself.
Create -> Systems -> Biped -> Adjust its features to your needs.
Dont just ask for everything on a silver plate all ready to go, you have to do some work on your own too.
domino and not much more blender 3d max is why I ask. if you have it please be so kind.
Did you tried import man mesh into 3d max then create a biped and adjust to it.
then save bip file and voila ,man template.
