[Help] My private server is doing crazy

Yo I have a few problems with my private server :S.

1.If i edit man/woman , and i start gunz it load 50% and it close automaticly.

2. If i add a new sfx file , like the rainbow dash, it load 100% but the dash=white :S

So pls Any1 know what i can do ?:punch:
