if your using a custom map then its a poor map. Spawn error is only caused by that or extreme lag. I suggest replacing all your map files.

inside any map youll find spawn.rs files, this is what makes you spawn. If those are corrupt, its likely that you WILL NOT SPAWN. If your using a custom map they probably forgot spawn checkpoints =/ if not then replace maps or start from scratch with new files.
