[HELP] Netgear DG834G

I need help allowing my Ports so a few of my friends can access my Sever .. are these Ports correct for allowing them to logg into my Server? (In the screenshots ;P)

If not can someone tell me whats wrong and where ? - I really wanna get it sorted out A.S.A.P
