I set up my server and everything then went to Hex Edit my Launcher. I tried right clicking it and it said not responding, I tried opening it with Pe-Explorer and it said cannot open. Any one know what I can do?

Uh...Bad computer? OS? Might be a bad launcher too.
I tried a bunch of launchers. What does my comp have to do with it?
