Help please

I know im a new guy.
And is here anyone who can explain me how can i unpack mrs file ?...i am used google so many times, im not founded it

I know only that i have to open Start-->Run-->Cmd.exe and then something system.mrs...actually i wanna put my own music to game...do i need to copy mrs files somewhere or something ? tell me please

i did all what there was.
i did like this:
I copyed System.mrs to C/documents and Settings, i opened
Start-->Run-->Cmd.exe
then i writed.
"Mrs.exe d system.mrs" this i writed there but nothing happened =/
It says: "Can't open input file" :(

download the mrs unpacker.. its in that same topic right above that text crap is a download link -.- put system.mrs in that folder and ta-da.
