Hey,

Run the command promt (cmd) as administrator (see picture, click on it to enlarge)




Typ the location of the installer file and press enter. (see picture, click on it to enlarge)



After pressing enter the Installer wil open, and then just install the way you want to.

I think that must work!

Looks like software requirements doesn't fit with your computer specs.

Do that kritiox explained, First unistall the software then do the cmd / location path.
