HELP - Problem with Launcher

Hello .. I'm here for a reason to have a problem with my launcher (it does not update some files) when upgrading to this. mrs (eg system.mrs) it appears something PATCH READ FILE INFO ... ends when it appears:

Its not finding the files. Did you edit the ip address in the launcher? Did you mess the launcher up? Did you accidently remove some files from your update folder?
