Because your game client (exe) doesnt support quest items. Try to look at omer's RZ Gunz Resource center and download any client. Try DaVD 's

What does i must to change? Sacrificetable? Scenario? :/

Probably because you tried to enable quest mode in channelrule.xml but you're not using a quest server.

Open server.ini and see if mode="test" or if mode="normal"
