[Help] Quest Drops

Are there specifically assigned Item Ids for quest item rewards/drops(Equipable)?...? I have everything set in order in the droptable and zitem for a quest reward. But the monster never drops it for some weird reason.

Not quest items for quest combinations, for equipable quest item rewards.

I did Its not.....I cant get my monsters to drop equipable quest items except those already set by ijji in Id...ex, shattered shotguns.
Is there a special runnable?..or fix?

Alright if there was a misunderstanding in what it was I was asking help on..let me break it down.

I have my droptable set to drop Item id 400539...gave a monster in npc.xml that droptable's(The rate is not the problem) assigned name in order for the dropping of 400539 item.

So I go into the quest and bam monster dropping drop anything..Thats my problem but, all the original quest item drops are working except any other I fabricate from thought.
