[Help] Quest Problem

Hello, i'm haveing a problem with quest. i honestly do not know why but when i try to use a quest item the game closes. what causes that problem.

in scenario.xml in matchserver, be sure that the id# of the item you are sacrificing for w/e boss you want matches the id# of that in your zitem
