[HELP!!!]Quest/Registration Page

Ok iv been trying for like a week now. And every time i added quest i cant go to equipment or i cant go lower than the elemtns in the shop without getting maiet error.

And iv also been trying to make a registration page iv used 3 tutorials but i keep getting error on line blahblah so yeah if anyone can help post here or add my msn kenan_2293@hotmail.com thankyou:)

There's alot of tuts and premade ones for you to use so try some they're in the realse.

UM If i didnt alredy try them i wouldnt be posting this.. so thats posted this cause i get error on line "BLAH" every time so i need somoene to help with a video or something thank you :)
