Hi, i just got my server working a few minutes ago and i have a few questions..

1 I gave my character admin, is there any admin controls in game?

2 How do i fix negative bounty?

3 How do i fix the messed up KO count?

4 How do i change my server name? It still says "Debug Server"

5 Can i raise the weight limit to go past 100?

6 Can i increase the player cap? the 16 player cap for a server, like they have 32 or somethihng for counterstrike.

the KO count is smeared acrosse the screen.

like the number is like this long and u cant even see the O because its off the screen, i use july client + server. im new to this and it was the one that worked for me.

Another thing, how do i add the code for the BP fix to the database?

It doesnt give me a table to add it to or any help...

I get that KO bug as well using the Jul Client + Server, from what I hear from my testers it only seems to happen mostly in Quest mode :S.

For the max players... open gametypecfg.xml it lists all the different options for maps such as what players can select for the max number of players.

<MAXPLAYERS player="16" str="16" />

This is one selection in the drop down box. I haven't actually tried increasing these higher but you may be able to. Remember to edit it for every gametype you want to have the different player number availible for.

How can i change the rates of my server?

How can i add more weight to my character? Like increasing the max past 100.

For changing bounty + XP rates open up formula.xml,

Scroll down past the first section and you come across:

 
<FORMULA_TABLE id="GettingExpLM">

everything under here controls the rate you receive XP while killing, so for example to make it 10x XP rate change all the 1's to 10 on the right side of each of those LM lines.

<FORMULA_TABLE id="GettingBountyLM">

controls bounty rates based on the level, you can modify that as well..

and, don't forget to search before asking questions, I believe I seen 2 or more different threads explaining this before.


as for your Weight restriction question, I'm not sure but I know you can buy rings that increase your max weight.
