[Help] Registration/Admin Panel

Alright I am hosting my GunZ Private Server on a dedicated server with 10 IPs. I have my GunZ server hosted on one IP and I am hosting the registeration and admin panel on a different IP, I type in the **.**.**.**\SQLEXPRESS and the sa and password and I still get connection errors. Can anyone please help me, I have enabled Remote Connections and everything.

Do you think I need WAMP or any other program like that to allow connections?

!!!!!!!!!!1 yes you need wamp to make a webserver that why it won't work

being hosted on server if all on same srver then just put sql name instead of ip USER/SQLEXPRESS u only have to use ip if on seprete servers and as long as all ip`s point to that server then thats fine to use any of them and u dnt need wamp as long as ur server supports html/php which most do
