[Help-Request] edit launcher.

please, can someone give me a guide or a program or anything else to edit my launcher. i got launcher, BR Gunz in english ( kekkus).
i need somoene that will help me to slove this problem, am i must to have a site on the launcher to work? how to edit the launcher and what to do there?
the problem is that when i click "start game" it like "loading" and then its close up and nothing happend.
please help? anyone?
