[help] Rotanas clan upload problem

well i have been looking through the thread and i haven't found any one with the similar problem, although i suspect its wamp server ._.

i know the configurations right or else i'd get an even bigger error. so um does any one know the cause of this (Rotana get in here and help me T_T)
