Ok as i see it you have to type in a server ip right? Yes well if you type in 127.0.0.1 the loop back ip can other people play on you're server? If not then how can I edit it to my real ip so other people can play on it? Thank you.

use your wanip in all of the following locations (easier for you)
1) server.ini
2) locator.ini
3) tables>dbo.serverstatus (port 6000)
4) system.xml inside system.mrs (make sure you update filelist)

To get wanip
My WAN IP - IP Address Detection (mywanip.com)

When forwarding ports, use your LANip
to get lanip
start>run>cmd>"ipconfig" without the ""

'IP ADDRESS" = lanip when forwarding ports
