Help? Server wont appear

Okay the last time the server wouldnt appear because of the client and this was like 5months ago when i made my first gunz server, now im making 1 again and now i've done EVERYTHING IN DN's TUT I MEEN EVERYTHING and the server still wont appear on the client whats wrong? i think its the client again, but i dunt know where to find another 1 ...

Dude you have to Check all ips Thats the only Reason becuz everyone say they checked them then i do teamviewer and i fix.....SO CHECK YOU IPS.....In the Gunz Server Files and DB is where you need to check

dont use DN's use Max's apparently everybody cant get their server up if they use DN's >.>
