[Help] Sorta lost... first private server ive made

First off i followed the [TUT] July and December Client and Server SETUP Guide!
It works, i can log in, everything

But now im lost, like...
ive looked at other threads; so lost on how to do stuff.

im sorry to be all nooby because i know someones going to say "use the search button" but its my first private server.

Like i know if i had items, id have to change something in mrs but thats the thing, i have no clue what im really doing (i just want to have prem items and get admin console to work and other stuff) but im not sure how to get everything working (like for instant, couldn't i just download someones files than run it so its like offline for me?)

I'm just afraid to add something and mess up, and start over >.< can anyone give me some pointers like, where to start. what to add. sorry to bother you guys >.<

first pointer your better off useing the br/jun files realse by rotana because they have no
check sum in them means u can change all files without worrying about updateing the filelist and personally its easyer for people to hack but its also easyer for begginers

I'll just explain briefly what each important XML in system.mrs does, others either you figure it yourself or let others tell you.

system.mrs

• droptable.xml - Determines the drop items from certain NPCs. Refer to the NPC id from npc.xml and item id in zitem.xml, follow the pattern used in default droptable.xmls
• npc.xml - Information regarding your quest NPCs. Refer to the pattern used to create a new NPC, with a different NPC id.
• questmap.xml - Determines the questmaps, id and target sector. Use the same pattern to create new mapset and target sector. Two and above sectors can be used by referring to Mansion's pattern.
• scenario.xml - Information of your quest would be here. The sacrificing items id can be referred from zquestitem.xml and mapset from questmap.xml. The npcset is referred to the npcset.xml in MatchServer.
• strings.xml - Names and descriptions of items,things,channels,mostly everything.
• worlditem.xml - Spawn items, power ups are from this. Delay of spawn, amount healed and others are contained here.
• zitem.xml - Core of items. A lot information are located here regarding your items and a lot of editting needed if you plan to add a lot of items. You'll get familiar with this very soon.
• zquestitem.xml - Quest item information, not so important.
• zskill.xml - Skills of your NPC. Damage, magics, delay, and stuffs are located here.

So do i just follow his guide, no one elses? (sounds good to me)
but BR is brazilian gunz right?

Use india gunz if BR is down. India Gunz has english in it Btw, can you PM me the server link if its public?

um... im getting

'game' is not a valid login OR you do not have permission.

(when i try to execute the database)

and the server will be public, just i need to figure out how to do all this >.< lol

i tried doing the other tut not by rotana but the other guy and i get stuck on the launcher part were u have to open the hex workshop or something and then change stuff but i dont have a website yet so there is nothing really i could put in the launcher
