[Help] SQL execute problem...

okay im typing on my ps2's usb keyboard because my other keyboards broken so i wont beable to type alot of info and this may have alot of typo's the keyboard is small anyways..........

heres the problem

when i execute the DB for LegacyGamers i get...

okay i have everything fine, just need to get this problem fixed, anyone know how to fix this?
