Yeah you might wanna take a look at www.portforward.com and check out if you port forwarded properly, and why the heck do you have 4 locators in your XMLS?
I don't have 4 locators... take a closer look, it's match server, match agent, locator, Zlocatorlist, system.xml
I already checked www.portforward.com and like i said.. i already port forwarded everything and even more then needed and i have a static ip , the router im using is whr- g54s

try turning firwall off and put freeloginip= "" <--- without ip
