[Help]When I edit my ip to system.xml and update the filelist....

When I have edit my ip to system.xml and update the filelist, pack the system folder and copy in the gunz folder, and i start gunz the isn't any server, i think its something whit the locator but i have exactly put all the information in it like this:

i have change only this whit the marchserver:

and when i add the orginal system file in the gunz folder i see the server again but i can't acces to server then, only when i put the local ip in the dph.serverstatus

(hope this is not spam, i have looked everywhere, don't found anything)
