Help with my server! PLZ

I am creating a server but the moment in which I believe and put my ip locator wam both, MatchServer, matchagent, sql server, and the server does not exit system and opened ports but still can not ... however when I put my local ip 127.0.0.1 bone I get the server and I can even step into but when the client does not go to another pc or server and muxo least I can get to the server ...

I wonder why this problem? I hope your answers ...

I don't completely understand it but, if you put the servers on the wan IP other clients WILL* see you but you can't see yourself.
If you put it on your local ip, you can see yourself but others cant!
(* = If you have the correct ports portforwarded they can connect)

Extra information:

Wan
See your wan IP as the front of the door with a bell and a number.
Others(Clients) will recorgnize its your house by the number(IP), they try to go trough the door but if its closed they just simply can't get in (Port Blocked)
Now the fun thing is, you (The host) can't just jump out of the window to get to the front door to try to walk trough it!

Localhost
Local host is like a Mirror, if you stand in front of it you can see yourself, but only you will.
So bassicly if you say to someone that they should connect to 127.0.0.1 you bassicly give them advice to look in the mirror! (They will try to connect to themself instead of you)
