[HELP] With Registration Page

I have registration page made, it works, but i always get this error at top of it,

Notice: Undefined variable: error in C:\Program Files\EasyPHP 2.0b1\www\register\register.php on line 37

i also made ";" out of php.ini under extension_mssql thingy, so that's no problem.

u need a new dll i forgot wich one search for it with the search button something with ntwblib or w/e
