[Help]zPatchBuilder generates an incorrect patch.xml

I've search everywhere I could think of, but to no avail. I have finished implementing mrs encryption into my client, but when I run zPatchBuilder the checksums off all the encrypted mrs files come out to be 0. I've attached the patch.xml below. Help me please?

note- This forum does not allow .xml files to be uploaded, so it has been copy nad pasted into a .txt.
