Hello how can i make a website just like a number thing for got it wus but it has the register page and ranks and stuff like that and etc and i need a guild to help me or add me on msn or what ever can't give it to you or just send in here but i need some help with the register page and ranks page too i got for her etoo so if you guys no email me at ryanjames154@yahoo.com or just add me on msn (Do not have a msn yet) So if you guys can help me i well be thanking you i am kinda new at thes stuff so yeah help me!

Well first learn html and css.
After that you should learn php and mysql/mssql
After that you should learn how to work with photoshop
Then make layout with photoshop slice it and code it ;)
But you could spare few years and just download a site and try to set-up
