Hello, My Question is How Create a rule for Channel.xml with Exp loss with Suicide is Disabled and Exp loss when you got a kill is Disabled ?

Change the rule in your Channel.xml to "elite".

Example :

<CHANNEL name="STR:CHANNEL_NOVICE_NAME_1" maxplayers="200" rule="novice"/>

to

<CHANNEL name="STR:CHANNEL_NOVICE_NAME_1" maxplayers="200" rule="elite"/>

Do that for every channel where you wish to not have any exp loss.
