Simple way is:
First: Get the 1.5 source then modify it.
Second: Get Delpa Asm Codes and put it on 2008 jul 21.

You would only be requesting this if you're on Oct 08, because Phoenix clearly provided both Matchservers, quest, and quest and clan.

To make it happen for Oct 08, you'll need to know ASM. I'm not sure if Hideasu gave the codes for it. But just stick to July 08, the differences are pretty minor.
