How do I put staff items on my character?

I have my server made and everything, I also have staff items and the IDs ready but how do I insert them onto my character through the DB? Thnx in advance.

Add them in Item.dbo then use AccountItem.dbo to give to players.
Note that AccountItem.dbo reads from Item.dbo
