How do I use FileList?

I've downloaded the File List Generator but I do not know how I could build a FileList.xml of my Client files.
Could someone tell me what to do?
Should I decrypt ALL the MRS Files and then run it?
Please explain the steps to me.

ya decrypt and decompile every .mrs file then put them in a folder with the Filelist gen, run the gen and there's your filelist.xml :P

Well thats what I did. Then, I placed the FileList.xml in the Match server and system.mrs.
Also, I used Xiao's Runnable File List Enabled and encrypted it according to my MRS files.
The game crashes.
