What zero means is, go to LV. buy some nice clothes (not SQL) go to your nearest bank and bank in your clothes, if there isn't a bank, find a thief, and give it to him.

LMFAO!! This guy is funny. Well from what I could understand, he wants to know where he can enter the Donator or Cash Item's Code in the Database and how can he send it to the Central Bank or Storage OR he already has it in the Storage but can't withdraw it and hence wants to know where he could enter the Item Code.

Your answer: Go to Item.dbo > Add Code > Execute > Go to the Storage > Withdraw Item.

If you don't know to send it to the Storage, use an Admin Panel or add it from DB.
