How inappropriate is this?

I don't mean to offend any moderator but how did the 2007 / 2008 server files get removed from the sticky section? It's something that should be in sticky as it's a base to start off with a server. I request the moderators to add the 2007 files thread by Leoric and 2008 files thread by KillerStefan to the sticky section again.

The ELU/ANI importer isn't important and no one cares to look at the "How to post a release" thread. These 2 server file threads can replace them instead.

If not, new comers won't know what to do and if some of them realize about it, they'll simply spam threads asking for server files.
