How can I change where it says, "Cannot Access Server" to Something else? I would greatly be appreciated if anyone could tell me.

I don't know the whole strings.xml off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure it would be there. Almost all of that stuff is in there.

Probably need to hex edit it like the version string on the loading screen. I'm not sure so you may wanna wait for someone else to confirm this and or help you.
